How I Wish . . .

Fuhhh...How I wish kalau my house damn huge and kalau dapat bungalow macam dekat Bukit Jelutong pun dah cukup ok so that I can have my own "Mini Gym" dalam rumah and everyday workout dekat rumah and no need to spend my money dkt gym 3K Subang which is quite expensive for only one hour...But what to do, unless my house dah ada full and complete equipment and easier for me to workout secara pantas dan x membuang masa.. But seriously, if dah ada rumah sendiri nanti, memang mini gym harus ada dalam rumah...Mengarut la kalau letak Mini Theatre or Mini Snooker dalam rumah...Kalau Mini Gym kan bagus...Heh...But I have to invest about RM15k la kot to get the full equipment plus supplements bagai...Hmmm...How I Wish How I Wish...

Apa yang gua terfikir nak letak dalam "My Future" Mini Gym nanti memang agak boleh tahan banyak...At least xdela nak workout sorang2...Panggil la member, cousins or jiran tetangga dekat rumah tu...Memancut - mancut berangan...

Treadmill

Kalau dah too busy anti dengan kerja or segala, mana la ada masa nak jog dekat area2 rumah kan...During that time pun dah tak terfikir "Ohhh, kalau aku jogging ni, mana la tau ada awek2 hot ke, MILF2 yang hot ke"..Just tau nak maintain fitness and kalau bole Cardio yang lebih better..So, treadmill harus ada...

That's it...More than enough I think...But the problem is, how big agaknya my house so that can fit in a medium size room...Indah and heaven ohh kalau dapat equipment ni...Fuhh..X payah twice a week pergi gym, coz ada mini gym dah dalam rumah... Ada equipment mcm ni pun sekarang dah agak menyemak dekat rumah, but it is so useful la kan..

 



Actually, equipment basic ni pun sgt helpful and if we consistent and know what we r doing, memang kita boleh  maintain fitness...Xpayah nak ada mini gym pun x pe, as long as we stay fit and health pun kena jaga la...Jogging and cardio lagi bagus kalau kita xpakai treadmill coz we know bila kita dah x larat kita boleh stop, but if we use treadmill, kita akan paksa diri kita by using the treadmill...
