Cabaran workout di bulan Puasa/Ramadhan memang sangat berat...Sahur di waktu pagi,berbuka di sebelah petang dan tarawikh lepas beberapa jam...So sempat ke nak workout time bulan puasa ni??? For those yang selalu pergi gym, maybe terpaksa sacrifice sikit because ada yang langsung x pergi but ada yang pergi time malam...For me, during Ramadhan, kalau x pergi gym, shouldn't be a problem because we still have time to workout and exercise especially before berbuka and maybe before sahur...
Everyday, I choose before berbuka, half an hour before sahur and berbuka around 10.30 to 11...Maybe ada yang x larat before berbuka and before sahur...I think masa tu sangat sesuai because bila kita workout before berbuka, memang kita lemah and that's why bila berbuka, kita dapat balik energy especially bila kita makan something yang berProtein so that it can recover our muscle and energy...But I suggest, not to do a heavy workout, instead, just buat light workout so that bagi keluar peluh a litle bit..
Same goes bila buat light workout before sahur...I wake up at 4 and start doing my workout a little bit...Do some push-ups, dips and cardio...15 minutes after sahur, minum protein and ZzZz...Time kita ZzZ tu la our body need to rest and muscle2 semua bole recover balik to normal...For me, this is the best way nak workout during fasting month..Maybe ada yang buat with their own way, but for me, 3 times a day dah cukup baik..
Dah nak masuk 2nd week, I want to maintain my workout plan and see the result next month whether if there's any changes or not..Heh..Here are some tips yang I boleh share for those yang workout during fasting month...
- Be consistent
- Eating plan
- Get enough sleep
- Don't ever give up
- Take supplements (protein,diet/protein bars)
